Your health is our top priority and we have put in place special measures to protect all guests both during and after the purchase.

All the activities will respect the health rules, we kindly ask you to always bring the facial mask with you (to access the lifts or for places where it is not possible to keep at least 1m the distance between us) and a hand sanitizer gel. 

* Rigorous cleaning – We have obtained the frequency of disinfection of the surfaces and equipment used for the various activities. Hand sanitizer will be available to all our guests.

* Safety distance – Guests will remain a safety distance of 2m when hiking. We also guarantee that all staff members wear the necessary PPE and we invite you to wear the mask when safety distances cannot be maintained.

* Small groups – We have adopted the policy of small groups, guaranteed greater privacy and security during excursions. We prefer groups made up of families or couples and limited numbers of participants.

* Wellness checks – Our employees receive daily wellness checks to ensure they are healthy and free of symptoms. If you or someone in your group is experiencing symptoms, we will work directly with you to verify or reschedule your tour.
