StoryTrekking offers a never-seen excursion, off the beaten track, at the foot of the majestic walls of Sassolungo. During the journey, immersed in the suggestion of the places and guided by the seductive voice of a storyteller, we will let ourselves be led, step by step, into “Sixth Grade”: fascinating report of an extraordinary mountaineering and human feat in the heart of the wild Dolomites. At the end we can relax and enjoy our pic-nic outdoors on the lawn or in the warmth of a refuge before returning to the valley.
During the 70s in Italy, in an atmosphere of disputes, the extraordinary friendship between an old poacher and a young engineering student grows in the wild Dolomites. The two will be the first to tackle one of the last still untouched walls of the Dolomites, the most isolated and majestic of all. A feat that will mark their destinies in a tragic and indelible way.
